DJ Comments: Highest mountain in Africa: Mount Kilimanjaro; the highest peak, Uhuru Peak, is 5895 metres above sea level.
This mix was primarily made to appeal to all styles of hardcore and quickly ended up representing the stunning days and glowing nights of the ascent to Uhuru Peak. Walking for 6-8 hours every day, passing loads of different landscapes and slowly getting higher and higher up the volcano and closer to the sky, it got harder and harder and when i reached the top the feeling rushing through my body was next to no other, words cannot describe it!
This mix got its name because of that seriously hardcore and amazing walk (or clamber) ;) It represents the hard times and the good times and parallels a set that takes you high, takes you hard and takes you far beyond the limits. Uhuru Peak has many ups and downs and many euphoric moments, as well as tougher moments. --
Massive respect to all the producers who are slaving away and churning out beauties such as these.

First mix ive listened to yours and i wasnt dissapointed one bit :) Full of energy and some excellent chosen freeform tracks throughout your mix :) Mixing was spot on throughout your mix as was your beatmatching. Lots of tracks crammed in there which kept me going from start to finish :) Id probs say this is one of the best freeform mixes on here at the moment, top stuff ;)
